Perfect choice for a culinary real Sicilian journey. Refined home cooking, the traditional way. Every dish was superbly presented and titillated every single taste bud, all washed down with the region's local wine. Accompanied by excellent attentive table service and the great welcoming and hosting skills by the owner Mr Marcello who made us feel like guests in his home. A real must when visiting Palermo and/or Monreale.

Enjoyed the starters very delicious aubergines and fried cheese but I've had the worse polpette di sarde since im in palermo and to add to the experience, a long hair in my plate which put me off. Bit disappointed with my experience but happy to try again and order something else than the sardines balls. The staff were really nice and the place is just beautiful

Based on reviews we came here for lunch during our visit to the Monreale cathedral. They opened at noon so we were the first customers to visit them that day. The interior is elegantly decorated for an intimate feel. The food and wine was good but a bit pricey than other places we've visited in Sicily. Overall an enjoyable meal in a quiet and intimate place.
