I have had NOTHING BUT issues with this company. At one time they were bundle together with direct TV and any issues could be taken care of from my local office BUT not any more. Century link has been nothing but a nightmare for me either it's my service or my bill. But it is always something and I can never ever get an English Speaking Customer Service Representative to help me. It would be fine if I could understand or have a local office to go to but every month. I'm leaving.

Lisa was most helpful in determining which zones needed to be relabled . If the slightest thing goes wrong with my security system, Centurylink is always right there when you need them. I highly recommend them!
