I see doctor Thacker for workers comp he’s a great doctor and person he really does care. He has treated my right knee for meniscus tear but now after a few years the joint is just bad now we are preparing for knee replacement we may have had our differences in the beginning between the insurance company and my bad attorney but now I have a great attorney who knows how to work with them all is great but dr Thacker is truly a great person/doctor he will now be treating my right knee because he is that good

Went to the Monroe office for a period of 4 months. Therapy was satisfactory. However, had a very negative experience with fraudulent credit card charges when paying copays. The first incident I was annoyed but understand that it can happen anywhere. However, within 1 week after going to my next appointment I used a spare card to pay since my regular charge card was voided due to fraudulent activity. The spare is a card that is hardly ever used and like clockwork the credit card company contacted me about fraudulent charges. When contacting Seaview Orthopedic & Medical Associates and speaking to the Monroe Manager I was provided nothing but excuses. I wasn't looking for reimbursement as luckily the credit cards company waives such charges. since they were fraudulent . I would hope they take this seriously and also hope this doesn't happen to another patient. BEWARE.

Impressive facility with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Doctor was very experienced, thorough in his examination, diagnosis and explained the next steps clearly to us. Doctor also explained the potential issues in long term if not treated well. He also introduced us to the therapist and explained in medical terms so the therapist can design appropriate therapy sessions. Thank you for your help. Really appreciate it and keep up the great work.

Dr Thacker is an excellent doctor !! He’s is straight to the point , adds comfort to the patient, and his expertise of the medical field makes you feel confident that he is ones doctor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for an Orthopaedic doctor. His bedside manner is not something that is taught in medical school. This comes natural to him and is very much appreciated. Making a patient confident in their doctor is something that is forgotten at times..but not by Dr Thacker. Thank you..

I went to the office for the 1st time yesterday and saw a Dr. Cozzarelli, the appointment was very short and he did not answer any of my questions! I went there for having pain behind my knee and he said oh there’s nothing wrong when clearly there is pain all in my knee still. I would think twice before coming to this office.
