So happy that my mom found Monroe Village! The apartment is exactly what she was looking for and she is starting to get involved in all the activities available. She raves about the food service too! Joe was a pleasure to work with- he was extremely responsive and helpful answering all my questions and made making the transition to senior living a positive experience! My mom is always happy to see him and all the friendly staff in the hallways.

Great place for a senior to live. I have worked at the community for over 10 years, started as an assistant and worked into management. It has been a wonderful and life changing experience; made friends with a lot of the people who live here. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate residents and make a difference in their daily lives. For the price paid it is also a great value compared to other life plan/continuing care communities.

Monroe Village is a wonderful community. My parents moved into independent living recently and the staff has been so professional and helpful. Everyone from Paula, Joe, Cindy, Gabriela, Ahmed as well the entire restaurant team and front desk staff have been available to help every step of the way. They sincerely care about every detail! If you’re thinking of making a move to Monroe Village, this place is an excellent choice.

EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT to the elderly... Found ....sleeping in their wheel chair posted in hallway outside in the hall, doors always from room their room, all bruised, and was a repeated occurrence of \falling out bed\... I wondering if half the people that have left a review have been inside???? DAMN SHAME!!!!!! My family and I was treated like we were interrupting the staff and the patient was wanting to leave... plus smelled like urine in room and hall.

I look forward to visiting Monroe Village every time. I am a vendor (The Art Hut) that brings Arts & Crafts in to do with the seniors. The entire staff that i have met and worked with are always so pleasant and eager to help. The grounds and the building, inside and out, are immaculate. The activities are endless. This is definitely a place i would be happy selecting for my family members or myself when the time comes.
