Their mechanical work was done well, no issues at all. However, there are factory fog lights available for the i45 which install in the bumper. Telling me it would take two weeks to order the parts and that the work would take all day suggested that was what they were doing. When I came back, I found that they had mounted a generic light hanging below the bumper.

Dreadful service. A new Santa Fe top of the range prepared for delivery to me by a salesman with numerous faults. 3 months later I'm still waiting for faults to be rectified on my new Santa Fe. Faults: Front anti collision detection system not working 12v sockets not working Screen washer empty Cover missing from the 12v battery Tyre pressures wrong pressure. Over pressure by 10 psi Protective plastic covers still on rear seats Tow bar not fitted - Later had to fut a new rear bumper because they damaged it fitting the tow bar 12 months after purchase had to replace control switches (heated seat switches which had melted in the heat. Tow bar electrics not wired correctly or not activated had to be returned for correction. Not reason for the bad service on any of these issues given. I hope someone from Hyundai Belgium reads this and gets a grip of the garage. At the least I would have expected an apology from the manager, but no doubt he's as indifferent as the staff. Never again a Hyundai.
