We just signed a lease with Joachim's help, from the Landlord Office group. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. Joachim was an honest advocate for us. When he noticed that a part of the water hookup needed repair, he brought it to the attention of the owners of the property, and the part was fixed. Joachim offered great advice about parks and restaurants in our new neighborhood. He patiently explained the trash and recycle system and followed up with everything in a timely manner. During an appointment with a security company, Joachim translated the entire meeting, even though it was not his job. We had such a pleasant experience working with the Landlord Group and finding a home with Joachim's expertise!

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement idéal pour nos besoins en UNE journée grâce à Landlord Office! Agence très professionnelle, tant au niveau de la gestion de nos dossiers qu'à la mise en relation avec les différents intervenants ( Proprio, société pour l'état des lieux, etc..), tous les délais ont été respectés.. Chose qui devient rare. Nous l'avons senti à notre écoute et de notre côté lors de la discussion entre les partis. Cela est rassurant lors de la signature. Le patron de l'agence nous a même aidé à sortir les premiers meubles du camion.. Il n'y a qu'à Jurbise que l'on voit cela.. Chapeau bas.. Bonne continuation à vous!
