This company is more a slave company. They use their employees and refuse to give them the pay they are entitled to and deserve. Lamotec aka Trelleborg, will force their employees to learn new machines and different jobs however will REFUSE to pay their employees the appropriate compensation for learning new skills. When aises\ are given they aren't based on worth or merit, everyone gets the same increase across the board. Also in 2020 they refuse to hire females to work in their company. Not only to they pay slave wages but are sexist. Trelleborg, get your stuff together, you do business with the military and airlines, there is no reason to not pay your employees fairly for the hard work they put in, just so you can make a profit.
