The room was beautiful and immaculate. The set up was great and up to date with everything we needed in the room and the private balcony was perfect. I wish I could stay longer and we will be back for sure!

Didn't even stay after we saw the room. The wifi did not work, while the front desk simply insisted it did. No slide bolt on the door, felt unsafe. Telephone in room was completely dead. These combined to feel like safety issues that the front desk was not too concerned with. When we decided to leave since I could not get my work done without working internet, no refund or even partial refund was offered. When we made a claim with booking.com, they let the hotel decide if we were entitled to a refund, which of course they denied, and in the process, lied about the issues we had complained about, for which we have proof. proof of no wifi, proof of no slide bolt. we didn't even stay and had to eat the ENTIRE charge. miserable liars and a miserable time.

We love it here. We got upgraded to a seaview suite and the view is unbeatable. There is a cool game centre. Really cool place to stay.

Room was way outdated, strongly recommend it being renovated (we rented off air bnb, not sure how regulated it is by Royal Atlantic. Back sliding door did not lock, which is annoying, but we rigged it with a metal bar. The oven was clearly not cleaned between renters, which we did not realize until we wemt to check on the food and it was full of smoke and set of the smoke detector. There was easy beach access, and if you walk on the beach toward the east, about 30 min, you can see the Shadmoore State Park bluffs, and offers a different view than you get hiking in the park.

This place was awful! My room had a hole in the ceiling above the toilet that was dripping the entire time. Not once did someone from the staff come to fix it, but they didn't even take a look at it after several calls, and this place was not inexpensive. Our room was supposed to be on the ocean, it was not, even after calling to confirm the week of our reservation. The rooms are very outdated. The staff at the front desk was not helpful in any way. The poolside bar and grill was expensive and made me wait 40 minutes for out food. The complimentary breakfast is not complimentary, you have to pay for it. I would never go back here, not to stay and not to eat. Save yourself the hassle and disgust.

Comfortable, fairly clean room. Great ocean view. BUT my review is downgraded due to the disturbing fact that there are 3 small kittys living in a sandpit under the front office. Apparently the owners pets. Their food & water bowls were empty dry for the 4 days we rented @ the resort. Most of us quests that stayed for thanksgiving weekend fed these very hungry creatures. Who will feed them in dec, jan, feb, cold hungry months??? SHAME ON YOU ROYAL ATLANTIC ):
