Great staff very friendly, great place to be for my loved one, they take care of their own. They are also very fast on their feet so my dad never had to wait for anything, great people, great place.

Night nurses almost let my dad die here. No call light to call for help on a bell? Bell that was set away from him. After hollering for help neighboring patients called for help for him and nothing. No aid at all. Got here at 7:30am he was vomiting blood choking on his own blood and nurse around to aid. Paramedics were called and finally taken out of this place to E.R. This place is ridiculous

Worse experience ever, bad staff, bad installations, bad administration, bad everything. Please don't go to this place.

My mother in law was there for not even a whole week. I saw a roach in the restroom. Then she was rushed to the E.R. and when we went to pick up her belongings her cell phone was missing. The nurse said the next day when she went to put her belongings together that her phone was missing. Her tablet was there but not her cell phone. Her phone was tracked to El Monte. We alerted the Montebello Care center, but the administrator was never available. There were irreplaceable photos on her phone. The administrator seems to be avoiding us. We filed a police report because her phone was worth a lot. This place doesn't take things seriously. Do not take personal belongings here.

do not take your loved ones here. this place has really gone down hill. Several years ago it was a good place. my father's stay was a nightmare, missing clothes, staff not friendly or helpful to patient's. the staff dropped my father's phone, and claimed that it wasn't on the floor, even though he saw a staff member kick the phone. my father fell trying to pick up his phone. my father passed away at this place, before he passed the nurse called me that his breathing was faint. instead of calling 911 first they called me.
