Credo che la cordialità sia la base di ogni esercente. In questo luogo però la cordialità si è persa. Far passare un cliente che ti segnala un problema sulla lettura delle monete del tuo distributore automatico, trattandolo come un accattone quando non ha preteso nulla non credo proprio sia l approccio corretto. Per fortuna ci sono altri tabaccai nella zona.
