This was the second time I stayed at the hotel and I certainly will continue to come every year from the United States. The waiters are all very kind and so are the ladies cleaning the rooms. I have no complains and highly recommend the hotel.

Thank you very much for your hospitality ! It was great as usyally ! Accomodations are very good, SPA area has very nice atmosphere. Especially salt room. Staff is very friendly. We took fullboard and can tell that each day it was very tasty and delicious. Cold meal at room was very good at day of our arrival, as we arrived when lunch just has been over. Compliment for my birthday as bottle if champaign we have really appreciated. Music program in the evening is big additional advantage ! Thank you for kind hospitality once more ! Just missing you !

We had 3 issues with our stay at the Continental Terme. 1) Quality of the food was not at the same level as experienced during our first stay 2 years ago. 5 people out of a total party of 10 had stomach problems. 2) Rooms were overheated and we had to keep windows open for the duration of our stay. 3) One of the rooms booked was very small and to enter the sleeping area from the entrance we had to get in sideways as there was not enough room to pass. This does not seem appropriate for a 4-star hotel. We were told that the slightly larger rooms were at an extra cost (only after we indicated the issue at the reception). We booked a room for 2 adults (part of our party of 10). Regards, Domenico Paduano

stayed here with my wife, sister and brother-in-law for a few days break. lovely setting, clear blue skies in november, lovely warm pools (5) to relax in. then there is the late breakfast after a lie-in, with all you could possibly want (except maybe kippers). soak in the pool then off for a 4 or 5 course lunch, more pool or treatment time before retreating to the bar for a well earned drink. then a 4 or 5 course dinner and back to the bar, entertainment laid on or bring your cards. nice restful rooms, warm and cosy. then do it all again tomorrow. if you do fancy something more adventurous then venice is 50 mins away by train for 10 euros return. enough english spoken at the bar, restaurant and reception not to have to crucify their language although it does help if you have some skills there. I commend this holiday, location and hotel to the house. drove away having left my wedding ring in the room safe, they couldn't have been more helpful in retrieving it and keeping it safe for me when I telephoned in a panic. we met up in milan and drove (3 hrs) but venice is easier and you can get a shuttle bus or use the train.
