I don't even know where to start...Just went there to have a simple haircut, no shampoo or anything fancy. And I can't even tell what was the worst, the haircut I have or the service. The hairdresser using his own elastic to make a pony tail (absolutely not covid friendly but not acceptable in any time..), The poor guy doesn't even speak English and doesn't even look to know what he is doing. He basically just cut my pony tail, and its was done. I needed to ask to have something a bit more straight so he use a clippers..Oh and i waited half an hour after the initial time of my appointment and a lovely employee told me this is how it works in hair salon..I didn't want to follow the others reviews but trust me, even if its only 25, its NOT WORTH IT. In that case, ask a friend to do it, it will be better.

Just returned home from my third visit to the hair salon and it will be my last. My usual stylist has left but as I had already pre paid for the appointment and they had my colour details from before I thought it would be fine - I was wrong! The stylist had no idea what I'd booked in for - she said, just colour on the roots right? Twice I had to tell her I had booked for colour all over. She them came over with the colour booklet so I explained I had been there twice before and would like the same colour as last time. I partially got the same colour - my roots are the correct colour but somehow I have a totally different colour on the lengths of my hair. I asked for a trim - the stylist then chopped about two inches of hair from the length, showed it to me in her hand and asked 'is this right or would you like more?' I quickly said no more than that please! Needless to say I won't be returning. The two star rating is for the friendly and polite receptionist and the easy to use online booking system.

I had a massage today and it was the best one I've ever had. Really good pressure and really attentive to my needs. I feel so much better since and will be definitely be returning and would recommend!

Really disappointed this place. Took my booking in person after another treatment and didn’t ask me for a deposit then pestered me with texts messages asking for a deposit the day before while I was at work and not able to deal. Then they cancelled the appointment all together with no notice. Plenty of places in London doing Botox, I won’t be using this one again! More hassle than they are worth.

THE WORST PLACE EVER..where I was incompetent workers I made Scleroteropi with Ana.who did the job,in so unprofessional way.and apparently did not get into a vein injections. For this reason now all around my legs have big marks bruises. They ignored my email.when i did try to contact them. For to report citation.and ask for help. And only after I came in the salon They said they could reply on my emails because for some reason they didn't read my email. What a disgrace. Then after they offered to do piling on. They said I have to come for 3 time to try the piling procedures And I did agree On my second apoitmant I could show up because got high temperature. And by text i let them know that for this reason I can’t show up, And on day 2 they just did email me that they dis all best and they can’t do anything. such a rude, incompetent attitude caused me to wonder how such people can do such a responsible job. I did already Consultation in skin clinic,where been done procedure subcutaneous scanning. Where clinic confirmed,that the injections were not injected into the vein, but were under the skin and this remedy remained under my skin now. going to sue them. So people please before you go in that salon think twice Do not wish something like that happened to someone else.
