In a rolling Hills of Molise, Italians secret region, you can find a place where with a sincere smile they serve you traditional and local food that definitely surrounds your sensos like in a synaesthesia. We discovered that Wine is rated by Robert Parker 90/100 and food, well, rated by us 95/100. Maybe you can guess why we did not rate 100/100... cause it could not fit! :) we sincerely enjoyed it all! There is a swimming pool close to vineyards looking at the sea. Heavenly. We visited the cellar and the lovely room. A reason to come back and stay more days! Favourite plate: Antipasti: cold and warm starter Favourite wine: well... Rispetto (montepulciano reserve) and Tintilia definitely smooth, rich and autoctone!

Absolutely adorable! Good food and accommodations. There is also a beautiful pool overlooking the olive trees, vineyards and the Adriatic Sea. wow! Best kept secret in this little known region of Italy.
