Beautiful view and nice spacious apartments. The only problem is the lack of shade and space around the pool.

Lovely accommodations set in beautiful countryside very near to Montepulciano. We stayed at Poggio Olivo, which shares the same check in but is down the street. It had a great swimming pool and view, although the pool was cool in early June. The apartment was well stocked and they had a crib for our 6 month old, which was much appreciated. The outdoor terrace was nice too.

Believed to be 2 apartments but turned out to be 8 however still a lively villa. Very little storage space for food outside of fridge. Bed and sofas are incredibly hard.

Poggio Olivo è una struttura vicino ad Acquaviva, Val di Chiana, in un posto tranquillo e facile da raggiungere. E' organizzato in appartamenti di diversa metratura ma tutti molto ben organizzati negli spazi, negli arredi e nelle dotazione di cucina. Le travi a vista e il cotto dei pavimenti rispettano il rustico toscano, così come l'intera struttura in mattoni. La vista è magnifica, spazia sulle colline e i vigneti e gli spazi comuni del bel giardino sono organizzati con barbecue e gazebo. La piscina è particolarmente apprezzata nel periodo estiva e ha un bel prato che la circonda. Raffaele e Carmela hanno rilevato un' attività che è presente e consolidata da anni e proseguono con la stessa gentilezza e attenzione della precedente gestione.

Splendido! Immerso nel verde nel tipico paesaggio toscano. Casale suddiviso in 8 appartamenti indipendenti con piscina, presente anche un’ampia area con giardino e barbecue per mangiare all’aria aperta. Molto curato e pulito. Dista 15 minuti in macchina da Montepulciano. Panorama spettacolare!
