No wheelchair-accessible toilet
It's a beautiful place, you walk a lot to get from one pool to the other (but the view is amazing so this is a plus), but pools are warm and nice. The only complaint I can give is children, too many children in every pool even though they have an assigned area where they can play. This lowered the level of relax a lot. There was not enough stuff in every pool to control the number of people entering so they were always overcrowded even if the covid-19 restrictions are in place. I couldn't try every pool because of the overcrowding which is a shame! Some attractions were closed which I wanted to try, so maybe this type of information should be disclosed by the Villagio in advance. The slides are very fun, and the only place I can accept seeing children. The prices at the bar for coffe and ice-cream are fair for now.

Amazing location to relax in the sun and enjoy the many different pools with a gorgeous view.
Fantastic! Loved the different baths and especially the slides. Make sure you make a massage appointment with Stefano. The man is a magician.
