Dr. Tran was wonderful and took the time to really answer any questions I had and to go over every detail of my eye exam and what she saw. She offered different options for what I could do to adjust my prescription and figure out what would work best for me. I highly recommended coming to their office for any optical needs or questions :)

I was in the office on Sept. 24th and Brett Fredericks gave me an exam. He told me he wanted to order an eye drop for me. I told him my pharmacy was Caremark online. I waited for the prescription. When I did not get it I called the EYEmd office again. They said that they would resend the prescription. I still have not received anything so I called Caremark. They told me it was an over the counter medication so I have been 14 days without the eye drops. I am an elderly lady without transportation so I am happy that Amazon exists.
