Even when Fedex makes a mistake they were able to take the edge off an otherwise unpleasant experience. The driver, Jaime, has stayed in touch physically by stopping by with updates and making sure I was kept in the loop until the situation is resolved. Lizzie and Jessica at the Monterey, CA office have also called to keep me informed as well. Thank you all for your devotion and a job well done.

This is fabulous place - no lines, front parking and super friendly staff.... no matter what time it is. This place is great - I love that they are open to 6:30, I can drop off packages after work.

If you don't mind Highway 68 traffic, this spot has longer hours for same day shipping drop-off. Also good for complete supplies restocking. Finally, SERVICE. Every person there really knows and wants to help.
