Amazing overall. Great customer service. Wonderful amenities. When you walk in and heading to an elevator and the staff walk by and punches the button for you on their way, that's out of your way customer service. When you walk back to your room and the room looks brand spanking new with your stuff neatly organized, that's customer service. Amenities are nice. There is a nespresso. What else do I need to say.

Beautiful hotel, I just wish more of it was open when we visited. It's located centrally to Cannery Row, and it has gorgeous ocean front views. The back half the hotel is on the pier. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Stayed here recently, fantastic experience. Nice, clean rooms, excellent location (you can't beat it!) and very friendly, attentive service. I would recommend this hotel.

Best hospitality I’ve experienced, the staff was kind and attentive. My husband and I were celebrating our 15 year anniversary and they made it extra special, not only that I’m on crutches and Freddy made super easy for us to navigate to our room. The room was amazing and we’ll definitely be staying again!

I would give this place a -5 if I could. Never in my whole entire life had I ever experienced being racially profiled! The clerk steps away for over 5 minutes "checking on something" and comes back saying there was a problem with our reservation and he could not accommodate us there at that hotel but would gladly help us find another hotel meanwhile some couple "white" is next to us with no previous reservation get a room with no issues, no vacancy, Right?! I am not the type of person that likes confrontations and or likes to complain. We left immediately, feeling horrible, discriminated. We ended up at staying at a different hotel, I mentioned to the clerk at that hotel of my experience and he mentions to me "indeed that place is known for being SNOBBY!" If I would have known that beforehand I would have never booked at this horrible place! This place is DISCRIMINATORY! We've stayed in way better hotels, RESORTS and never had we experienced such discrimination! SHAME ON YOU!

Room was clean. No room service due to covid. We didn't get the complimentary room upgrade or welcome gift that we have gotten used to with our IHG status. We were told that was due to covide as well. Regardless, the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is super nice and fancy. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. However they’re extremely overpriced for the accommodations and the amenities. No coffee even in the lobby they’re just not ready for this coovd 19. I certainly would not recommend staying here until things change. Too much money for just a basic place to lay your head and that’s what it turns into when you take away all the services

Very nice hotel. Depending on the side you get, you get a view of the ocean. Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Center are closed. Self Parking 25/day.
