I highly recommend the storage facility. It's very well kept, clean & I feel safe storing my belongings here. The girls are very attentive, helpful & take care of their customers. The manager Bianca is very helpful & is doing an astounding job. This storage has really great prices, a convenient location. They also rent trucks which makes things a lot easier for customers who are moving into their storage.

Bianca helped me find the proper size storage for all my storage needs. She gave me a tour of the complex, was very professional and made me feel confident that iStorage was the right storage facility for me! In comparison to the other storage facilities I have visited in Monterey, I felt confident in this one as they are continually upgrading the facilities lighting and expanding its safety.
