I love my vet! We just adopted a stray pup and brought him in for a wellness exam.. they didn't even charge me for the visit! We soo appreciated such a sweet gesture. They always take such good care of my senior dog. Wouldn't trust anyone else eith my fur babies! Highly recommend these animal lovers.

I started taking my dogs here when Dr. Wallis and Dr. Coulter were the owners. Received FANTASTIC service and care back then and it continues today with the new owner and staff. We recently had to put down our 10 year old Cocker due to an aggressive form of cancer. Dr. Emily made the transition very comforting and peaceful. She stayed with us for the entire time, except for about 5 minutes when she went to get the other injection. We asked to have Scotty's ashes returned to us. Animal Memorial Service in Gilroy did an awesome job in engraving exactly what we wanted put on the urn. Scotty returned home to us today along with a plaster cast of his paw (this was totally unexpected but welcomed). We still have 2 dogs at home who are both 13 years old and will continue taking them to see Dr. Wilson and his staff.

Our dog got conjunctivitis while at our vacation home in PG, surprisingly we were able to get an appointment for the very next day from when I called. That never happens at our regular vet at home! Monterey animal hospital staff was very pleasant and got our dog in and out quickly with a totally reasonable exam fee. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
I can’t say enough positives about Monterey animal hospital! They have been nothing more than amazing in all aspects. To top it off the customer service (Mo is awesome and super helpful) is top notch. I never have any doubts when I need care for our dog or cat. Highly recommend!
