A lovely walk (hike!) up the carriage road to this unique spot. Lovely in spring even before the trees are leafed. Continue on the path beyond the ruins and head down to the gardens. Follow the sound of the water to two brooks.

Interesting place with a history suggesting a Pharoah's curse. A pleasant afternoon walk. Note that Google maps shows this on the west side of the road, but it's actually on the east side of Main Road, south of Sodom Road, and can be seen in the satellite view just south of a clearing.

Very interesting site. Ruins of a huge mansion made partially of marble ; pillars and terrace. Highly recommend visiting this site. Easy to hike to even though it is high on a hill side in the wilderness with an incredible view.

Not everything that’s ruined is ugly. Very cool place with spectacular views. Definitely a place to check out. Tried to look up some history but couldn’t find any. It’s about a half mile hike through the garden and up through a wooded path
