My car broke down and Phil responded. He quickly loaded my car and went the extra mile to make sure my ride could safely pick me up due to Covid. I used my AAA membership and was greatly impressed with Satsop Towing. Thanks again!
We were totally stranded 10 miles from Humptulips and our call to Satsop Towing was answered immediately by a very nice lady, who let us know that her driver Justin was on a long tow at the moment but would call us as soon as he was available. Justin called us as promised and showed up just when he said he would. Due to covid, he said he could not give us a ride, but he said he would stay with us until our ride arrived, not wanting to leave us stranded. Our car tow experience was not fun, but the care we got from Satsop made it much more bearable!
Satsop Towing did a great job. The tow truck driver, Justin was great. He knew what he was doing. Our 1 hour and 20 minute ride to the repair facility was pleasant. Justin was a very personable person. Thanks to everyone involved.
