Lovely & historic wine estate in the hills of Chianti. Enjoyed the beautiful views of the grounds and the surrounding countryside, as well as the delicious wines during a tour here. Staff was knowledgable and friendly, and wine was available for purchase (which I certainly took advantage of). Highly recommended!

We rented a villa in the small town of Montespertoli and on our first walk around we came across this winery. Needless to say it wasn't our last stroll here. The staff was friendly, the setting beautiful, the wine and food delicious. We had also arranged to meet up with friends here and could not have picked a better location to drink wine and celebrate.

We did the wine tasting tour. Tours like this are usually long and boring but this was was particularly interesting and the place's history is actually very unique. We also grabbed a quick cheeseham lunch along with the wine which was pretty good. The wine was good too but definitely not among the best we had around this area. If you're staying in the area this is a cool 1-2 hour tour but I wouldn't recommend driving a long way to get here.

Amazing spot, staff are excellent and knowledgeable of everything about the winery. Make sure you get a tour. The Vin Santo is amazing.

Great place to visit! We did the wine tour and light lunch option. We were able to get in even though we did not reserve in advance. The staff-Anna was friendly and knowledgeable about their wines. The winery seems to have a small operation feel-which is very nice. Would definitely do it again if we are in the area.

Very impressed with the customer service at this beautiful wine cellar. The young man who was the guide was generous with his time and very happy to share his love of his work. I don't normally drink wine, but this was one of my favourite tourist stops. Highly recommended.

Magnificent!! It's a must when in Tuscany. The apartments for rent are well appointed. The estate wine is produced in traditional methods in it's collocated winery, this makes for a superb Chianti. Current occupant, Baroness Caterina de Renzis Sonnino was down-to-earth and graceful. Over coffee, she described the history and the current uses and challenges in maintaining the estate's winery, art and history.
