In our experience visiting Chianti’s small village restaurants can be very rewarding. Although this trattoria may not seem to be the inviting place when approaching, once inside we immediately understood that we would be enjoying our lunch. Very friendly locals, no tourists; 2 lovely ladies working together to get the cooking and serving done really well. Our small children loved the fresh ravioli and well made patatas fritas; we enjoyed our pasta with truffle. Worth the d-tour on our way to San-G!!

Ambiente informale, quasi familiare. Cucina ottima, carne straordinaria e buona scelta di vini. Prezzi non eccessivi. Da provare il filetto al tartufo, davvero notevole.
Heerlijke en authentieke Toscaanse gerechten met truffel en paddenstoelen welke worden bereid door Livia en haar moeder. Puur en eerlijk Italiaans eten! Buiten is weinig plaats, de meeste zitruimte is binnen. Het restaurant ligt verscholen in het gehucht Montalbino, voor je het weet, rijdt je er voorbij. Het eten en de gastvrijheid zijn absoluut 5 sterren waard, de beperkte/eenvoudige zitruimte buiten was voor ons een klein minpuntje. We blijven als Nederlanders immers graag buiten, ook tijdens de lunch. Grazie Livia!️
Posto veramente eccezionale per mangiare bene. La genuinità delle commensali si riflette nei loro piatti. Ambiente casalingo e spesa adeguata al prodotto che offrono.
Non si mangia le tagliatelle al tartufo ma il tartufo alle tagliatelle. Da ritornare senza ombra di dubbio.
