BEWARE A FRAUDULENT SELLER! After I communicated with them I want to return my online purchase, they updated their return policy and now it's not compliant with the EU 14-day right of withdrawal directive. For example: "The purchased product must be intact and returned in the original packaging still sealed" REALLY?! So according to them they can send me nuts instead of jewelry and I wont qualify for the refund because I unsealed the package to see what they actually sent me!!! As an answer to the seller's comment - there is no way for me to wear this jewelry for more than 5 minutes (exactly what I would have done in a physical shop before buying them) due to the adverse reaction they caused to my skin after the brief contact with it (let's not start commenting the disappointing poor quality of jewelry in this price range) . And yes, I made the return request a few days after in the legal 14 days withdrawal period when I don't even need to specify a reason. If there are countries without customer protection laws for sure they are not in the EU. The points in your return policy that you edited because of me (don't worry, I have a screenshot in case you switch back to the legally compliant version) are a complete fiction and don't outrule any EU/Spanish law, so I'm very curious about your legal protection.

Servizio pessimo, ho portato il mio orologio a sostituire la pila e appena sostituita mi entrava acqua all'interno. Riportato subito me lo hanno tenuto più di un mese ed una volta riportato c'erano le impronte all'interno del vetro, riportato nuovamente le impronte non c'erano più , costo 35 euro. A casa mi sono accorto che mancava una tacchetta al 9 , mi sono stancato di riportare l'orologio nuovamente. Non lo consiglio , poco professionali

Il negozio non ha una vasta scelta di prodotti, anche perché la location è di piccole dimensioni ma in posizione strategica! Il servizio non è sempre dello stesso livello (dipende dal commessi/a di turno) ed i prezzi sono un po' più alti rispetto la media.
