Made an appointment today (yes the last day to file). The front desk lady was very rude. She told me that although i made an appointment that the only service was through drop off and that she for sure guaranteed that the taxes wouldnt be filed today. I asked what was the need of an appointment if all they are doing is recieving documents through drop off method. She said \you chose the last day to file taxes not me!\. I told her i know and i am aware its the last day and that if they were going to help me or not. She said only drop off AGain. So her attitude turned me away to go and file else where. Horrible attitude and no sence of organization. If i could i would put no stars rating.

We are two old people who just retired, and instead of a W2 and a basic 1040 form filed online, we were instead inundated with tax forms for all sorts of retirement things that each have a 1099-something or other. Clueless, we happily watched while our tax advisor (an MBA) organized and made sense of all the paperwork. Within an hour, the taxes were done and submitted. HUGE relief! Thank you, Barbara from the Montgomery Village office! You are an awesome tax advisor and a hoot and a half to work with. I would not hesitate to bring my taxes to you again and again.
