UNRESPONSIVE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL. Do you want to hire someone who does not return your calls? Do you want to hire someone who will hang the phone up on you? Do you want to hire someone who gets paid for work and then stops answering the phone? This is what Empire HVAC does. They do not value customers or customer service. I would not recommend this company to a family or friend.

Came to address an issue with AC not cooling. Was an assigned vendor through CHOICE Home Warranty. Quickly got the unit up and running and also provided helpful information about maintenance and explained the issue.
