I hope that whoever they have answering their calls isn’t a reflection of their customer service and their work. Sean or Shawn needs to be taken off phone duty as he has terrible customer service. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers at all. Maybe he was just having a bad day but nonetheless I wasn’t rude to him at all. I called today and he hung up on me the first time or the line disconnected as he was trying to put me on a hold. I was simply inquiring about an oil change so I call back and he doesn’t apologize just automatically puts me on a hold and doesn’t let me know that I’ll be on a hold. Comes back on the phone to say “what’s your name” I said Jennifer then he said “yeah I didn’t hear what you needed what did you want?” Then I just simply hung up on him because there’s plenty of auto places with great customer service that I’ll gladly bring my business to. Based off that exchange alone I’m taking my business elsewhere.
