There are only 2 decent group counselors here. The rest of them are just horrendous. It is physically painful to sit for an hour and listen to the bad ones. They are definitely in it for the money. They look at you like you are just money not actual people. The only reason I'm going here is because I had no other option. They don't stay in contact with their \clients\ to make sure they are coming in and doing drug tests. I literally had to remind the older lady there what was going on. Avoid this place if you can. You'd think making 35 off of each person for each hour they could afford to have coffee or something but nope. Customer service is not a priority to them.

I never knew they had a location in Montgomery village. I went to the Kensington office but I am sure that Montgomery village office is also great. great service and no hidden fees. they also take health insurance! !
Condencending out of touch un-proffessionial way of dealing with the community that needs them.
All this place cares about is money money money! I always pay when I go for a class and they always find a way to say you owe them money. Some of the instructors are good mainly the men but one lady is mean and all she does is laugh the whole time super loud, I never learn anything in her class. She is mean because she would call people \alcoholics\ a lot and laugh after. The place was a comedy show all the time, I felt embarrassed for what happen about my incident with DWI. When she would ask people to \tell their story\ at the end she would say and all that because your an alcoholic. A lot of people were there for their first DWI and to me at least if you get caught driving and had drank it doesn't not make you an alcoholic, just made a poor decision in driving. I could tell she made a lot of people feel bad with her comments. This place is so money driven it is ridiculous, take your classes somewhere else where they wont rape your wallet and to where you actually learn something instead of having instructors make jokes about how we are all alcoholics in the class.
