Extremely unprofessional service. The woman scheduled to tour us at 5:30 answered the door and told us they were “closed now” at 5:46PM. I am sorry that traffic is extremely difficult to navigate at this time, and if you had answered when we called on the road we could have both been spared some time. We were very excited to tour the loft space you had available but we are so put off by her attitude and the way our time was wasted we are not going to bother with this unit anymore. What a shame.

**BE WARNED** If you value sleep DO NOT move to Unit 3206. The neighbor upstairs is EXTREMELY noisy and has 2 kids he always have on the weekends that make a TON of noises. The neighbor upstairs has no considerations of others here, and you can hear him talking so loud as if hes the only person in this Apartment complex. I've complained to the office many times and although they're very responsive, nothing has changed. The neighbor above is still extremely noisy. So if you're a working student. I ADVISE YOU to not move in Unit 3206 if you decided to live here. Now the positives, Kim is awesome, Jairya is awesome as well. Both are very responsive to any issues. The apartments are very clean and mice free (for my unit at least). The move in process is easy as well. The only downside is parking gets filled up pretty quick, so you may have to park pretty far from your complex. A little excersise though never hurt anybody. Just, if you decide to move here, I repeat DO NOT move to Unit 3206 in building 20100! You'll end up being miserable, lose sleep and your sanity and rather stay out of your apartment at all cost.
Second year living here. It’s a great place to live. Manager Ms. Kim has always been great at working with us turning sharp corners. I truly appreciate all her efforts in everything she does for this complex.
I have lived at the Rothbury for about three months now, and all I can say is so far so good!!! The Property Manager Kim was incredibly accommodating and helpful when I moved in, promptly responding to my many questions. In terms of the unit itself, other than a few, minor inconsequential issues, the unit was in great condition with all of the necessary items in working order. Coming from NY it was a big change to have a working dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer in an apartment, but that might be standard here in MD. In terms of the building itself, my neighbors couldn't be nicer, with the building itself being incredibly quiet at virtually all hours of the day. Couple all of this with the nearby shopping center, nearby walking trail, and reasonable price tag and I would certainly call this place a hidden gem for those of you who are looking for a nice, quiet, out of the way place to live. It has certainly exceeded my expectations thus far and I couldn't be happier!
