We are regulars here since we just had a baby last year. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and personable. It's very nice because even though it's a big retail chain store, it has the feel of a small and intimate mom and pop shop.
Brandon greeted us less then a minute after we entered the store and was very knowledgeable with navigating the floor. He took us to everything we had on our list and even reccomended some things for our baby based on the things we grabbed while walking through the store with him. Overall Brandon is a great friendly face and me and my fiancé will definitely come back for all of our future purchases.
You'll drive right past this place if you don't know exactly where it is. The entrance to the shopping strip is very hard to see and the stores are set back behind trees making it nearly impossible to find on your own. The store is ok. There's nothing great about it. Not the cleanest store, not the dirtiest...decent selection, but limited brands. Not our first choice for a kids store
A Wonderful store ! Clean, well staffed with people who care, organized, and pleasant.
It is disappointing to know that the store is going the way of other brick and mortars. Too bad tactile customers are losing out to the visual buyers.
Had a great time there finishing up my daughters registry list. Entered a diapering contest and won. My prize was a beautiful diaper bag for my new grandbaby. Thanks Babies R US.
The cashiers are very slow, but other than that it's better than the Whitehall one.
