Bought a beautiful used highlander this past weekend, and my experience was exceptional! From initial contact to financing and closing, overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for a Honda, or found a nice used car online, I would tell you to ask for Neil Hewitt by name, he was extremely kind, helpful and he even had some snacks for my 9 month old! I cannot tell you what a joy and an experience it is not to have to haggle along with sales staff as well as 37 minutes after we chose our vehicle we were on our way home.We were not pressured to buy a whole lot of add ons however they were presented to as professionally. This dealership made buying a Honda vehicle actually enjoyable. They really try to give you the best deal in town. I shopped around in different Honda dealerships before deciding to buy from them. They genuinely care about their customers as a person, not just a sales number. They are the most honest dealer in town in my opinion. Thomas, the sales associate helped me a ton and was very patient. Highly recommend.

This is the forth car my wife and I have purchased from J.L. Freed Honda, and the second one we were able to purchase from our salesmen, Jake. Jake, and the sales manager John, were both very helpful in getting me out of my old car and into a new one. Jake was very knowledgeable about each of the cars and was very upfront and did not pressure me at all to make a decision. It was a very laid back and quick process.
