I am giving one star only because Angie in titles has been very helpful and responsive. I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle in August and Brent our sales person was an absolute waste. We live in a different state and title had to be transferred we sent our paperwork back three days after purchasing. When it was time for my tag to expire still no tag. Brent never submitted the paperwork. Angie took care of it and I had to purchase a temporary tag from my State of residence. I had to get my vehicle serviced in November for oil went to a local dealership and 2 required services were not performed by Montgomeryville which were said to be completed at the time of sale. I should not have to pay for the required services out of my pocket that should have been completed before purchase. The customer service and integrity of sales was terrible. Again Angie was a great assistance and had awesome follow up so kudos to Angie!! Brent is a waste! We also had a part he was supposed to put in the mail that was missing after we purchased. We bought it ourselves and installed.

Michael is exceptional and has an easy-going personality, any customer and co-worker would find him likeable. I visited the dealership to see and test drive a car yesterday, didn't expect to leave with my Mercedes AMG C43 the same day! He’s quick with responses, calls and emails. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. You won't regret going to Michael to pick your favorite car. Highly recommend!

I was at Montgomeryville Acura today and they couldn't have been more unpleasant to deal with. We walked in and because we didn't have an appointment they didn't want anything to do with us. They didn't even bother to take our name or number. We were then asked to leave because they were two busy and couldn't be bothered with us. Guess I won't be coming back to this low class dealership.

I would see Rob Marchese if you need an Acura new or used. The guy is a pro. He took care of us when we bought our gently used mdx. They are nice people who will work with you to make a deal. Rob Marchese is the guy to talk to if you can. Rob took care of us and made sure we left happy. I'm sure the other guys there are good as well because this dealership is super nice and they took care of every thing in a fast and professional manner. I've been an unpaid salesman for years for Acura and now I am a salesman for Rob Marchese and Montgomeryville Acura as well.

One of worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. Where to start...I went into the dealership with the expectation of looking at car A. After talking to the salesman, he gave me the keys and I took a test drive with my wife. It looked exactly like the car in the ad. However, I glanced down during the test drive and noticed the odometer was not the same car - Car B. After checking the VIN, it was confirmed it was not the same car. Bait and switch? The salesman never even told me he gave me keys to a completely different car. It wasn't until after I called him out on this did he own up to the car being previously sold. I ultimately gave him another chance, but in hindsight, I shouldn't have. I had even more issues with the transaction after making a deal. The salesman gave me an IOU for several defects that were on the car. He assured me his detail team could fix them. I told him I would not drive the car away without the issues being resolved. He then went out on vacation without transitioning to anyone else on his team. I gave several calls to the dealership and even spoke to the head sales manager. No one ever returned my calls. After the salesman returned from vacation, he said the car was ready and was 'surprised' that the car was still here. I said...no one ever called me. When I showed up to drive the car away, the defects were still present. It took several more days to finally resolve the issue. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will certainly not be returning my car for service there. Caveat Emptor.
