Rebecca was knowledgeable and sweet. Meghan couldn't be bothered. We basically helped ourselves, found samples, asked for a grout color wheel, and then had to ask for our samples to be wrapped. My sister is planning to have her kitchen walls back splashed. Customer service at the Tile Shop shouldn't be a favor but an exchange of service for custom.

Great store! Traveled over 100 miles just to shop here. Researched the tile products online, but needed to see them in person. We were greeted by Megan, who was the consummate Professional. She didn't laugh at our ideas, was knowledgeable and made suggestions we hadn't thought of. The store itself is beautifully appointed with plenty of display and good lighting. Well done!
