My daughter went in with chest pains, fever, high blood pressure and experiencing back pain. They gave her a flu and strep test and sent her home. The ER and Dr. AHMED is a joke. He told us the flu test was swabbed in the throat. I'm thankful for Dr.Connelly her PCP who immediately ordered an echocardiogram and has referred us to Children's Cardiology Clinic. Drew Memorial is a joke and we won't be back. The guy with gauges in the E.R. was very unpleasant and ignored us. We never saw the Dr. after ordering tests or given the test results or diagnosis. Just handed discharge papers and sent out the door. The diagnosis was far from correct. My child has a heart condition NOT upper respiratory as they sent us home with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!

I was there from 8:21 to literally 12:34 in a room in the back ,just for no one to literally come to see me... I had to walk out because it was literally a new day ... had I continued to sit there i would’ve probably been there until the shift changed! This was not my first time being disappointed here ... the Dr.’s all seem incompetent! Who gave them their degrees???The only thing they will do for you here is check your blood pressure , weight & height! If you can ...try to go to delta memorial in Dumas or either JRMC in pine bluff !! Please don’t come here ... somebody really should call corporate or the board of health this is so unprofessional!! Again if you value your health and want REAL help avoid this place!
Was with the Dr 5 minutes they charge me 309 I will not be back again.
3 hour wait in the ER. Seriously? Population of less than 10,000. The nurses were outright rude. I never got the opportunity to see the doctor because after waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no attempt by the staff to give my girlfriend some type of comfort or relief I drove another hour away to another hospital. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. I refuse to call it a hospital because equipment doesn't make it a hospital.
The nurse was rude to me and they let me sit in this room in pain and my hand is broke and they will not help me and I have called the nurse twice. Don’t come to this ER. I should have just gone to JRMC at least they are nice.
