Dr. Norris and the staff were great! Making the appointment was quick and easy. I know Havok can be a pain to handle sometimes. I was called and notified of any changes happening throughout his visit (They thought that they would have to give him some meds to calm him down). He gets nervous around new people and new places, but the staff took great care of him and he seemed to warm up to the after a while. Everyone was super friendly! They said he was a joy to work with and we had a good laugh about how vocal he was during his exam and bath. Now he's all cleaned up and playing with his favorite stick back at home!

Always pleasant and helpful with my dogs. Don't have any problems getting appointments quickly if needed. Love the place. I prefer to drive from star city to take them there.
