About 3 months ago buy a minivan 2018 Pacifica for my wife and kids, after a week We had it I notice the bumper had damage underneath from the previous owner. When I was in the dealer they ran the Carfax report and everything shows clear, the side door on the driver side did not match the vehicle paint, it looks to me like the vehicle was in a accident before, I call the dealership and they try to match the paint still doesn’t match. The manager told me that’s what happens when you buy a used vehicle, they wanted me to pay extra 700 out of my pocket to match the paint,that’s over a 30,000 vehicle, They are very good convincing people to buy vehicles. I will not recommend anybody to buy from this place. My next step will be the better business bureau. I tried to contact the manager a few times left a message and he has not return my phone calls very upset with this place. I try to call them they never returned my calls. Worst experience ever!!
