They did a great job repairing my window The only strange part was I tried to call and no one answered it went straight to customer service and they didn't answer either. And when I went to pick up my car it was there The door was unlocked and the keys were on the format and nobody was working and it was 2 pm in the afternoon. Did they supposed to be open 9:00 to 5:00 I'm confused. And when you call them it's an 845 number so what's up?

Excellent Experience. The technician was prompt and professional and did a great job. A newbie at the corporate office had misquoted the job on the phone (forgot the labor cost! lol) but the manager of the local office who did the work (Monticelo NY) adjusted the bill so that it ended up being even better than the original quote plus got free wipers - very stand-up guy and service.
