Quick service, but overtightened my lug nuts so much so that the coatings cracked and fell off making it impossible to use a tire iron. I called and they said it wasn’t their fault. I haven’t been anywhere else to get my tires rotated. They then offered to get them off so that I could buy new ones from them! Just ridiculous. The manager/owner has a terrible attitude.

My experience here was very satisfying. Went in for a single tire and alignment. Fair price for the tire and it was on and balanced in under ten minutes. Then they brought her over to alignment side. The mechanic, Michael, was very straight to the point. Told me you don’t need an alignment. Asked if it was pulling to one side, I said no, vibration at higher speeds. He checked it over and came up with tie rod end. Couldn’t do it today so I’ll have a chance for a second opinion, but I don’t think it’ll be any different. Point is he could’ve just charged me for an unnecessary alignment and told me about the tie rod end. He didn’t. And that I appreciate. So I left happy. Well done guys. Thank you and keep up the great work.
