This is the second time this happens: There was a price discrepancy between what was asked for at the cash and the advertised price on the shelf, which happens... everyone makes mistakes. I asked them if they knew about the quebec consumer protection law which says that in this scenario i am entitled to 10 off. They said no and ignored what i informed them about. They’re not bad people but this is bad business practice. I just hope other people aren’t paying more than expected on already highly prices items. EDIT: The owner has quickly dealt with the issue and has reimbursed me the correct amount for the two times I was overcharged. I hope that they modify their system to reduce the amounts of these incidents and educate their employees on customers' protections. Thank you!!! I have regained trust in their store which is why I raised the rating from one star to four stars.

Very expensive all products.
I don't often post reviews. I just have to say the staff seem to actually have a lot of off days. I feel that when a customer walks in they should be greeted with a smile. I also noticed some confusion at the cash over pricing that could have been solved with simple mathematics. I was also ringed up with the wrong pricing and met with rolling eyes when I had to make corrections. I am a natural soap and cosmetic maker as well as cook who always shop locally. Not to be a bother by saying this but, not all health nuts wear granola colors and have Birkenstocks. I advise you all including the manager try to show a little more respect to customers. To the manager your employees look up to you. Lead them with sincerity and integrity. We see you.
I love shopping here. Prices are good and the fruits and vegetables don't rot the next day because they're organic. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff, great selection and competitive prices.
