It was a great experience for the first time buying at this branch. I paid online and I came to the store to pick up the item. Upon arriving at this place I showed them my purchase receipt and right away they let me in. “Mask of a must” in a matter of 2-3 mins I got my item. It was a very quick transaction.

the worst ever, was raining outside, they will let my sister mentally disabled wait outside in the storm for just one person to buy, i wasn't asking for something free, what a shame for apple. Th manager has no contemplation of the situation, everything is Covid fault. not coming back ever to this store!!!!!

Lots of attention to hygiene and social distancing here. I wouldn't recommend browsing during a pandemic, but the tech support is essential at this time. Remember to keep track of your serial numbers for all of your products. You will inevitably be asked to provide them.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I was a little nervous to visit this Apple location. Fortunately, my experience was completely positive! First of all, I made a reservation in advance, so I didn’t have to wait at all in line. Upon entering the store, I was ushered politely inside. My temperature was checked and free masks were available. The technician who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. He recommended an honest & affordable solution to my problem and quickly got to work. I received my good-as-new phone within the hour. Everyone was helpful, personable and professional. Overall, a super positive experience!
