Let me start off by saying that I hadnt been to a dentist in over 10 years due to a horrible experience of my previous dentist not believing in anesthesia!!! I ended up with swelling and made an appointment with dr Zahra, I was super embarrassed but she was so nice I didn’t feel judge at all !!! I had a follow up with dr Patel for a root canal, obviously being scared from all my friends and family saying it’s super painful but I was still embarrassed.... but let me tell you dr Patel is the best dentist! Not only is he caring and takes the time to explain everything to you, but he’s very gentil and I walked out of my appointment with no pain of discomfort. Please ignore the other reviews and I can vouch for Dr. Patel !!! He’s the only dentist I will see and refer my family and friends to :) Thank you Dr Patel and team

Clean, well organized clinique but that is all. I’am not one to complain but the secretary in the front lacks respect and proffessionalism. She is very mean. Before coming in for my appointment i called earlier to confirm my time cause i missed the call the day before and she could not find me in the system so then put me on hold for 10 mins and finally came back and said yah i Found your name. So, i went in and i told her who i was and she said “oh yes i remember you, who does not remember their time of their appointment” I got upset and she said to me if you do not like it you can leave” this is how it is” and rolled her eyes at me. Can you believe what she said? I was furious. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he is not here and he will not do anything. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable . I think the owner should have a talk with her cause this attitude i’am sure will drive other patients away. I had the patience to wait cause i had pain and i heard her say on the phone her name was Shana. Young and not proffessional at all i’am sorry. The Dentist was ok treated my pain. As for this bad experience i will not be coming back nor recommending this clinique i’am sorry. The experience starts from the time you speak on the phone. Hope the owner does something.

Took 7 appointment to repair a tooth and it's not over yet. Worst cabinet I EVER been to. Worst then the dentiste I have seen in south Asia or eastern Europe...

Worst dental office ive ever been. Waited over an hour for a routine checkup, they ran out supplies and then they tried to over bill me. Totally incompetent staff and a business in chaos.
