Update your opening hours !!! I know the whole COVID situation has had you do some adjustments, I know that on New Years Day, you might not be open, but we are in the 21st century ! It takes 5 mins to update your Google opening hours !!! Also maybe have something on your door saying that you are closed on January the 1st, like any other shop does...

Ordered parts desperately needed to keep my business going. Sent them to another province. 2 weeks later still on the phone with DHL trying to get them to pick it up an bring it to me. Non sense 24/7 company. I'll never use them again. 9 times in a row packages to wrong address and all I get is I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. What are you sorry for? Your inability to do what you are paid to do? Disgusting company.
Very deplorable customer service. I was expecting to have a package delivered Monday, spent the entire day at home. At the end of the day I received an email claiming that a delivery was attempted but the recipient was not home. The delivery guy never knocked or rang my doorbell. Called customer service to inform them and they said another attempt will be made the next day. Next day, I sit next to my window around the same time the delivery is suppose to be made. The delivery van pulls up in front of my house, the driver looks at the house takes out his electronic note pad, I get up to get to my door and as I open my door he is already driving away. 5mins later I receive and email saying a delivery was attempted and recipient was not home. Customer service was no help on the phone saying they will try again the next day, no solution given just then putting notes in their system. Folks save your coin and use ups, fedex instead!!!
Arrived in the afternoon around 03:40 PM today. The staff was courteous, clear and helpful when I had a question. Full transaction completed in 10 minutes. Received receipt and tracking information (they highlighted it on invoice) and left happy.
DHL is super shady. They charge everyone a “duties” fee on international packages even when the contents are valued under 20. Normally, when the contents are valued at 20 or under there is no duties charged. DHL still charges because they know most people don’t know about this law and will just pay without doing further research. You can easily do a self-clearance at any customs office and avoid paying this highway robbery fee. Doesn’t help that their customer service is straight garbage.
