I seem to have had both the worst and the best of service. The first person Electro Experts sent was unpleasant, did not have proper manuals or tools for my Fisher and Paykel (for which they are the appointed service agent), broke the appliance's handle and denied it, and did not manage to fix it in two visits. He diagnosed that the motor was not working and wasted weeks getting a part that was not needed. The second person fixed it today and was polite and well-informed about the appliance - pity I did not have him in the first place!

Awesome service, samsung sent us an expert in a week to repair our broken ceramic kitchen, he did that in under an hour. Would recommend!
This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any company that deals with the public. The time it took from opening a service ticket to resolution was more than 9 months!!! Tech shows up late, and despite me advising the company on multiple occasions (over 9 months) that the repair is for a double oven and 2 techs are required to move it, only 1 tech shows up. I helped him move the unit. When the tech finishes the repair he says it is up to me to put the oven back in as it was close to quitting time. I had to argue with the tech to get him to help put the oven back in place. During the argument he insulted my wife, afterwards he quickly realized his mistake and helped mover the oven back in place. I called the company to advise them of the rude and unprofessional behavior of their tech and asked to speak with a manager, was told none were available at the moment and that a manager would call me back to discuss. SURPRISE no call back!!! I would rather buy a new oven then have to deal with this company again!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! too bad 0 stars is not an option
Good technician. He had to come twice since the company hadn't noted the issue correctly at the initial report moment. But, the technician fixed our dryer and it works very well again. We also got an advice on how air vents usually work in older buildings of multiple floors, and what to look out for in order to prevent additional issues. Thank you!
My washing machine broke on August 1st. Still not repaired today. I took 4 weeks to get an appointment. Really poor service from the employees on the phone and the technician that came to our house the 1st time. Employees on the phone very rude, didn't call back once (spoke to at least 3-4 different people). Asked to talk to manager, they said they would call me back and I am still waiting. Tried to make a complaint, I have a lady almost yelling in my year. Would not recommend.
