Been doing business with them for the last 5 years after my usual plumber closed shop. Was hesitant at first because of the wide array of companies to choose from but realized quickly that doing business with such an honest company who give proper attention to my boilers at every annual preventive maintenances was the best choice I could have made.
They charged a fee on a warrantied product despite the manufacturer telling me they should not be doing this. Another time, when the manufacturer said the warranty was valid based on the serial number of the item, the shop refused to honor the warranty without the receipt from purchase. Again, despite being assured by the manufacturer that the warranty was valid. The shop could have easily verified this with the very well known and international brand. I took my business elsewhere
My Hoover vaccum had a system error and stopped working during the lockdown and they were able to replace the filter, belt and switch on/off for under 40. Because of covid it took some time to get my vaccum back but the service and estimate was within my budget and well explained to me. Highly recommend to come here for a repair.
I would rate them zero stars, this shop should not even exist. I brought in my vacuum hose to check if it's covered by the Miele 10 year warranty, according to them it is not. The staff dismissed the warranty claim and told me they can't help me. While I understand they are an authorized repair shop for Miele products, the so called 10 year warranty does not cover the accessories and these clowns are are the absolute worst people ever. As long as they don't make money they won't even talk to you. I would avoid this place and just buy parts online.
