Spectacularly loaded with all the cuts of meat and varieties of cheese you could want. The selection is almost overwhelming but the staff is friendly and helpful. There are various cuts of meat ready and packaged or you can ask for something specific from one of the butchers. I am a fan of unusual and game meats so I was intrigued by the elk and horse options. Had a good time here and would recommend it to any fellow carnivore!
A place to Get Gourmet Food. And one of my Favorite Sausages the Duck Liver, Maple Syrup!!
They have a great variety and selection of meats. The staff always make you feel welcome and well attended. My French is at a very basic level, but they make every effort to ease the communication gap to provide the best service. Every purchase we've made so far in the last year have been of a very high quality, irrespective of type or cut of meat. Their complimentary sturdy and reusable insulated bag is a very nice touch. Just remember to take it along the next time you visit.
