I was so excited for my first order at Lokma, unfortunately it was not a very pleasant experience. I’ll give a 5 star for the branding. Quite impressive packaging and cute note on the container. But all the expectations crashed down when I open the box. Little puffs in different body shapes look so pale, depressive and babypotato-like. I’m not sure if they are not feeling well because of the long car journey. Anyways, I still decided to try them. Hmm, flavor is great, dark chocolate taste pretty good. However, the crust is desperately soggy and oily, and inside is kinda mushy. My partner and I even could not finish 1/3 of them. Apparently the frying temperature is low. I appreciate all the effort on marketing ,and actually, I was attracted by the mouth-watering pictures. My experience might be an individual incident. And I know we should all be supportive to local businesses during this hard time. Seriously, you guys should pay more attention on quality control. That is exactly what keeps the business alive.

I loved these Nutella Puffs, in this restaurant they call it Lokma's but I can say truely by heart, these Lokma's I liked more than Puffs, I tried both if someone will say to choose on I will choose Lokma, Staff is very nice and Cooperative, fast service provider, this place is also very nice and clean, loved the vibes, Mask mandatory now days, only takeout options. Recommended place if wanted to have something sweet and delicious

Employee doesnt speak a single word of french even though their menu is entirely french. Really bad ice cream and also their price are all overpriced. Bad experience, waste of time.
Worst place ever spent 10 on a sundae she doesn’t wash her hands and it is just water and ice!!
