Bought first Nikon D80 over 12 years ago along with some other items over the years...The service was beyond reproach; I am very disappointed now; emails not answered, follow ups are long etc...In these tough times, encouraging local businesses is essential...but there are limits. Will look elsewhere, should things not change drastically.

Was my main store for a decade, but the quality of the service in the past year has plummeted and cannot afford to rely on this place any longer. Guess it’s no coincidence all this is since it’s been bought by Henry’s. Hopefully they’ll be more reliable and accountable in the future but definitely better to avoid this store for a while. Such a shame.
Used to be good but now their service is horrendous. I used to travel across the city to go to their store but I’ve been so disappointed I will never step foot there again. If you are a pro-photographer don’t bother, they are marginally better than a Best Buy now.
Ordered prints online. It took 31 days to get my order. I contacted customer service and they never had the decency to even reply to any of the emails I sent, asking about an estimate time of arrival for my prints. Not a word back from them. I got the \thank you for contacting us\ automated reply but never an answer. No apologies, no service at all. The employees at the store were puzzled and couldn't explain either why it took a month but but they were pleasant and helpful. They reassured me that eventually, they will have a phone line for clients. For now, we have to endure Henry's corporate policy of leaving clients anxiously awaiting their prints without a word of communication. This used to be a great store (Lozeau)
Wheres the website ? I mean its 2020 how a business can run without their own website for real this is a joke 0 for customers experience. You cant find their products on their weird website this will take business elsewhere.
