Staff is amazing, energetic and make you feel at home as well as great service! Smoothies are amazing and supplements are top notch quality. This place gives me a reason to go out of my way and travel to downtown Montreal it's 100% worth it. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

I love the convenience of being able to buy my supplements right inside the gym. Prices seem fair, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I just wish we could sit at the juice bar to enjoy our post workout shake, like the setup in other gyms I’ve been to. Maybe put the focus on the juice bar part as well as the supplement store. People might spend more...
