Worst hair styling experience in my life The Chinese who claim as the manager is really should review how they are doing the business. How is the type of manager will lead to the team. This proud Chinese guy inside can tell a customer that this is my shop and now get out from the shop just because when his employees is unqualified to do a hair style and lied to customer he can do it. Obviously this shop is a joke and drops all Chinese reputation on the ground. Sincerely tell all the world any one who has not yet go to this ship, just walk away from them and these who are the current customers for them , reconsider this shops short sight and worst service and unprofessional skill After I walking out of the salon and when I talked this with my friends who has the same experience with me and also told me that recently they just changed the owner, i guess this new owner really doesn't know how should stand customer position to think rather than to as the customer goes out of the shop

Went for a Korean wavy hair perm, amazing service! Daniel and Marie were so gentle and patient with my hair. They do their best preventing any damage to the process to the hairs. Recommend this place. Will surely go back!

Avoid this place at ALL costs. They don't even deserve 1 star. I normally come to this salon for waxes with Vanessa, who is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I decided to give them a shot at a hair cut. First of all I booked an appointment for 4:30, the hair dresses was 20 minutes late! After finishing the client in his chair he had the audacity to go outside to smoke a cigarette knowing that I was sitting there waiting. The manager or receptionist simply smiled and said to wait a couple of minutes. When I finally sat down, the hair dresser didn't use a fresh towel on me, he used the SAME TOWEL he used on another client, which is disgusting. My back was covered in a strangers hair. I showed him a picture of MYSELF with my hair cut and told him to do the same. I specifically said I don't like a high fade with my scalp showing and don't take too much off the top. Guess what? He gave me a high fade with the scalp showing and took too much off the top. Moreover he used an OLD RAZOR to clean my neck, he didn't change razors or disinfect the one he was using. I have never experienced such filth in my entire life. Finally I get to the front and the price was 35, for a terrible haircut and the \hair stylist\ (if you can even call him that, it would be insulting to actual stylists) who ran late and kept me waiting so he could smoke a cigarette. Avoid this place at all costs, the salon is run down, old, and dirty, and extremely over priced. Moreover the stylists are not professional and it seems that sanitation is an issue. There are tons of barbershops around that will do a MUCH better job (I recommend Andy's).
